We treat people, not categories
We understand that personal problems can be complex. The can affect family, friends and children. They can impair professional performance and damage physical health. What's more, although problems can appear to be similar, each individual's situation is unique.

For that reason, we base all our treatments on careful assessments of each individual's needs. To help achieve positive changes, we use individual, group, marital and family therapy as well as hypnotherapy, reinforcing our work with ongoing evaluation to monitor change, encourage growth, and reach goals.

In the process of dealing with specific problems and issues, we strive to give each client the foundation for a healthier, happier life. Specifically,
  • You will learn how to love and be loved, to feel loving and lovable.
  • You will learn to be more accepting and less critical of yourself and to respond to life's problems in ways that make you feel good about who you are.
  • You will learn to become your own counselor. We help you generate an internal sense of strength, an inner guardian or mentor who can be called upon for positive guidance and healthy advice when life's situations call for difficult decisions.
